Dugong dugon
The dugong is a fully marine sirenian with a fluked tail and a broad downturned snout adapted to grazing seagrass. Unlike manatees it never enters fresh water. It is the only living member of its family and the sole surviving representative of a lineage that included the Steller's sea cow.
