The Philippine crocodile is a small freshwater crocodile, generally under three metres, found nowhere else on Earth. It survives in a few creeks and wetlands in northern Luzon and Mindanao. It is among the most threatened crocodilians, with a wild adult population usually estimated in the low hundreds.
